The American Society of Employers has responded to its member’s commitment to maintaining high standards in the HR profession by designing a certification curriculum that provides comprehensive and practical information to the enrollee. ASE has made its curriculum flexible so that you can select topics that meet your job-related requirements.
The HR Generalist Certificate will be awarded when you accumulate a total of eight core and eight elective credits within a 24-month period:

Credits are awarded on the basis of course completion. Each seminar is valued at one credit per full-day program and one-half credit per half-day program.

Upon completion of the certification curriculum, you will be receive a deluxe personalized certificate mounted on a wall plaque. You will also receive a certificate of completion for each individual program that you complete.

You can customize your elective curriculum by selecting programs totaling eight credits from the list of elective classes.
