Troy, MI. ---January 21, 2021 --- ASE, Michigan’s largest employer association and trusted HR partner, will hold its 18th Annual HR Conference March 15-19.  This newly formatted online event reinvents virtual conferences with short, one-hour, daily sessions with nationwide accredited speakers that will focus on achieving a growth mindset in 2021. Additionally, attendees qualify for continuing education credits for each session to maintain their designations, including SHRM and HRCI.

“This year’s conference is all about achieving a growth mindset,” stated ASE President & CEO, Mary E. Corrado. “Organizations have had to pivot quickly throughout this pandemic. Learning how to embrace changes to the workplace in order to achieve growth can be a challenge.  Each session offers a new way to look at the challenges we’ve all been facing over the past year.  Attendees will leave feeling motivated and inspired.”

Keynote speakers at this year’s conference feature two workplace culture experts, Kris Boesch and Tracy Stock.

Kris Boesch, CEO and Founder of Choose People, will present “Social Super Glue: How to Create Camaraderie in Your Workplace.” Kris takes cultural savviness to the next level. She unveils why emotional intimacy is the secret ingredient to the secret sauce of workplace culture. Participants will learn how to create voluntary collaboration, camaraderie, and connection amongst their teams. This "glue" results in perseverance through tough times, inspiration to go the extra mile, and retention of top talent. Divisions between "us and them" dissipate. In this highly interactive presentation, Kris will weave insightful content, memorable stories, and tactical tools to take your company's culture to the next terrace.

Tracy Stock, CSP, Workplace Culture Expert, Best-Selling Author, and Founder of Think Impact Solutions, will present “The One Choice Rule: Transform Your Life and Work by Transforming Your Mindset and Behavior.” In this powerful keynote session, uncover the secret of how to control negative emotional reactions to positively influence choices and behavior change for yourself and in others. Cultivate an environment that encourages differing points of view, enhanced communication, fewer excuses, and greater accountability. With groundbreaking insights and a tool for action, develop impactful keystone habits that create a positive domino effect—individually, within teams, and across your organization—fueling breakthrough performance and higher levels of productivity and success.
