Dana started at ASE in June of 2021 as a Business Development Manager and was promoted to Director, Strategic Partnerships in October 2024.

Prior to ASE, Dana graduated from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management with a minor in Financial Management. At Hillsdale, Dana was a starting pitcher on the softball team winning back-to-back GMAC conference championships in 2018 and 2019. Dana holds career records for innings pitched, strikeouts, and wins.

Professionally, Dana was responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for a fastener distributor in Ohio. She has had a successful background in fastener distribution, semi-professional sports and entertainment, home inspections services, and mortgage field service development. She has experience managing order processing and executing sales orders while delivering quality customer service.
