Lauren joined ASE in August of 2022 as a Member Relations Manager. Lauren aids in the onboarding process of new members and contributes to retention and engagement of membership. She helps members navigate through ASE's resources to assist them with their day-to-day tasks and provides awareness of ASE resources and services. She also instructs various ASE training classes and provides support to the ASE team for special HR projects including data analysis and reporting.

Prior to ASE, Lauren spent seven years in the hospitality industry in management, event planning, and training and development. She has had a successful career with J. Alexander’s Restaurants as well as the Detroit Athletic Club. She has experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, training, process improvement, and leadership.

Lauren graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in general business and earned her Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University. Additionally, she holds credentials as a SHRM-Certified Professional.
