Nick joined ASE in September 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Shortly thereafter, in January 2020, Nick began working as a Business Development Manager and in August 2022 was promoted to Senior Business Development Manager, then Director, Business Development in March 2024.

Nick started his own lawn maintenance company at the age of 18 and spent five years building it to what today, has become a hobby. In addition, Nick spent seven years in the food and beverage hospitality industry. He started as a delivery driver at a local restaurant at 18, moved to a banquet center by age 20, and was managing a steakhouse by 24. Before coming to ASE, Nick spent some time working at a car dealership. There, he was in both sales as well as customer service.
